Goals-Based Sales and Marketing Plan

Create a 350- to 700-word goals-based sales and marketing plan (you can use the sales organization you used for your interview or create your own).

Include the following: objectives, the operations needed to achieve those objectives, action steps to take such as sales forecasting, tools and technology used, etc. 

State why you feel this is a strong goals-based plan. (Information on effective sales planning can be found in Jobber & Lancaster, chapter 2 and Levy & Weitz, chapter 12)
