This can be done by submitting an agenda, a picture, or a signed document from a city official. (If you are unable to attend a live city council meeting due to the pandemic, you can still watch a recorded meeting to complete this assignment. Please include a snapshot of the website where you retrieve the recording as your proof of attendance.)
