There have been significant changes in consumers’ thought process and in their buying behaviour. The twenty-first century consumers are more tech-savvy and environmental concern. People have realized their responsibilities towards the environmental protection. Besides, government and international organisations like the Environmental Protection Agency have become stricter in controlling global-warming.
