3 part paper

Strategic Planning in Homeland Security

 

I need a 4 part strategic plan. I have completed part 1 (subject and all), but it needs corrections. Part 2 needs to be completed by 26 Sep. So, parts 1 & 2 have to be completed by 26 Sep. Part 3&4 have to be completed by 9 Oct. I have attached the instructions, Chapter 1 that needs to be corrected, and an example paper. The title of my paper is in Chaper 1.
