You completed your full head-to-toe assessment skills demonstration last week and now will document your results. Continue to document only the objective findings for this section without bias or explanation. Remember if you can’t feel something then it is “nonpalpable,” if you can’t hear something just state they were not heard such as no bowel sounds heard (unless you listened for the full five minutes which we wouldn’t want to do for our purposes – then you could document absent bowel sounds). Be descriptive if necessary but at the same time be brief.

In this assignment, you will identify the consequences of the fall of humanity that leads to human suffering, and describe how a Christian organization fights back for creational purpose.

One of the central components of every worldview is the topic of human nature. The topic of human nature asks questions about human value, human flourishing, and human purpose. Within the Christian worldview, the issue of sin and the consequences of the fall factor prominently into the topic of human nature.

In the “Consequences of the Fall and Contemporary Response” three-part document, you will explore the topic of human nature from the perspective of the Christian worldview. The first part of the assignment involves examining the immediate implications of the fall. The second and third parts of the assignment address how the effects of the fall are still evident in the world today.

For Part Two and Part Three, you will select an organization from the “Christian Organizations That Address a Consequence of the Fall” list provided in the topic study materials.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center

Overview

Studies show that people find it easier to remember stories.  Therefore, case studies are often considered an effective approach to enhancing student learning.  Since Project Management is applicable to all types of organizations and industries the case studies in this assignment will reflect that.  For example, there are case studies on construction, agile projects, and even international projects.  The goal is to provide students with new ideas and challenge old and established theories.

Instructions

The instructor will assign each student one (1) project management case study out of the list of fifteen (15) below.  The length of your answers is not as important as what you write; quality is more important than quantity. 

The case studies come from various chapters throughout the recommended course textbook:

Project Management: The Managerial Process, 7th Edition, Erik W. Larson, Clifford F. Gray, McGraw-Hill, New York 2017, ISBN # 978-13-07-023077.

Note #1:  the textbook is not required in order to understand the case studies and answer the required questions.

Note #2:  If you are citing references to support your submission, they can include include articles, case studies, and/or textbooks.  Do NOT use CourseHero, Wikipedia, CourseRaptor, or any other paid tutoring service.  The sharing of academic college property through these types of platforms is considered an act of academic dishonesty.  Use APA formatting when citing references.

After reviewing the case study, answer the following questions:

1. What was the case study about?
2. What was good about the way the project(s) was managed?
3. What could have been done differently and why?
4. What did you learn from the case study?
5. Was this case study managed effectively?  Why or why not?

The most interesting aspect of the topic readings that I have never heard of before, is metaethics which is the study of the nature of being right and wrong (Grand Canyon University, 2018). Instead of the basic foundation of what is right and wrong that is taught in elementary school, metaethics asks questions of right and wrong that are much deeper. Metaethics asks questions such as “does right and wrong even exist?” and “how can I know what is right and wrong”? (Grand Canyon University, 2018). A major controversy with metaethics is whether morality is objectively true (Grand Canyon University, 2018). The metaethicist is interested in understanding moral discourse as compared with other forms of speech and writing (Wilson, 2016).

My personal analysis of disease and healing within the readings is that the responsibility of a professional nurse is essential to support patients with the individual spiritual aid that they need throughout their healing process. It is important as a caregiver to provide cares with understanding and with non-judgmental attitude. The relationship between medicine and Christian ethics is ever present. Having a strong ethical foundation allows for the possibility of moral knowledge (Grand Canyon University, 2018)
