write an article on Discussion of 2 poems. It needs to be at least 500 words.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on Discussion of 2 poems. It needs to be at least 500 words.

Full Things are not as They Seem Fame is wonderful. It gives a person a sense of security and acceptance. A famous person finds assurance that he is important because a lot of people know him and perhaps need him as well. Famous people also have an extreme sense of acceptance especially if they are known for good things. For instance, a wealthy philanthropist is highly appreciated for keeping his feet on the ground, able to reach out to the less fortunate even though he seems to have everything in the world to complete his life.

However, those are not all there is in fame. There are also negative things that famous people encounter in their status. One of the bold statements made about fame in a negative manner is that of the poet Emily Dickenson. She uses metaphor to liken fame to a bee. It is known that a bee can be deadly and that is how the poet wants to paint what this most sought status really is. She implies that behind the good things that people see in fame, things are not always as they seem. Therefore, she uses figurative speech to catch the attention of her audience.

Dickenson’s “Fame is a Bee” is a very short poem but it says a lot of things. The author effectively expressed her thoughts with four lines only by using simple but meaningful words. The analogy therefore is not difficult to understand rather could be easily seen by any observant. It does not even need keen observation in order for a person to be able to associate the characteristics of a bee to fame because it is explicitly mentioned to make things clearly and easily understood by readers.

On the other hand, Edna St. Vincent Millay talks about love in her poem “Love is Not All”. Similarly, she speaks about the unfavorable side of love. For many people, when love is mentioned, they would think about passion and all the good feelings love brings. People easily create a positive attitude toward the subject matter because they associate it with the satisfaction derived from relationships formed through what is known as love. Nevertheless, Millay presents it differently. She draws the attention of her readers to the other side of the coin.

She also uses metaphor to express her thoughts. However, unlike Dickenson, Millay uses negation to show her point. On the seventh line, Millay shifts her tone to a more serious one, mentioning death which could not have been expected at all when love is to be mentioned. The poet tries to draw her reader’s attention to the fact that behind every good thing, there is something that is not desirable yet every individual has to face such truth which is inescapable. She uses a general statement which enlarges the scope of her observation.

The author implies that the audience should not just focus on what is perceived as love but to face the reality that it embodies some bad things as well. She also goes on to mention the more important things such as food and shelter as well as more essential state such as peace. This implies that love is not all that matters in this world if one were to be realistic and honest enough to face the truths. Love can be overcome by need and want of food or peace.

prepare and submit a paper on key strategic alliances in middle east.

Your assignment is to prepare and submit a paper on key strategic alliances in middle east.

Middle East To me, the term Middle East refers to a region of the world that encompasses many of the world’s great religions. I would include all ofthe Arab countries as well as Israel and Egypt. In my view, the Middle East provides an ancient history that we can study and learn from. The region has also had its fair share of instability, but there have also been peaceful times as well. In a globalized economy, the importance of the Middle East will continue to grow because of the economic potential in the region.

The Middle East also has access to vast amounts of oil and gas, which means that it is in America’s best interests to maintain key strategic alliances in the region. We should study about the Middle East because we can learn from the trials and tribulations suffered over the last few thousand years. In addition to this, the Middle East is at the center of three continents: Asia, Europe, and Africa. This makes not only the land valuable, but also the trade routes that go through this region.

This perhaps explains why there have been so many wars in the region and why there is still conflict there today. Middle Eastern culture has also greatly influenced the way that westerners think, such as through mathematics. The origin of western numbers is Arabic, and many mathematical concepts first originated in the Middle East. Looking towards the future, the situation in the Middle East is changing as local economies experience growth and the people want to have more of a say in the political process.

Learning from these experiences can only help understand the western form of democracy and what it means.

Need help with my writing homework on Natural Disaster Projection in Films. Write a 250 word paper answering;

Natural disasters have been projected in many Hollywood movies but with the mere representation of drama to make it look larger than life. This paper aims to discuss the representation of natural disasters in the movie and their occurrence in reality. The paper shall undertake the discussion by considering the movie Old Chicago. This will allow in understanding the fact that circumstances and occurrence of natural disaster are different from how it is projected in the movies. It can be seen in the particular scenic representation of the fire accident which spreads all around the neighborhood taking grasp of the closer blocks as well.

The directors have shown people to be in the panic situation trying to save their homes despite the entire neighborhood was on fire. In reality, this is far different because the fire extinguishers and the firemen are allotted to the accident site. People are evacuated from the accident site so that there no more fatalities. Most prominently, the movie projects heroes saving human lives stuck in homes that are on fire. In real life, the heroes saving human life stuck in the homes on fire are rather the firemen (Keane).

Complete 6 pages APA formatted article: The Global Influence of the Korean Wave.

The entire globe was following China’s way and when Hanliu went international as popular culture, it became referred to as The Korean Wave or Hallyu. Ever since, The Korean Wave has become popular culture, attracting scholars and researchers aiming at explaining the reason as to why the culture gained popularity so fast and how it has been influencing the globe. writing homework on Aristotle and Kant’s Philosophies of Life. Write a 1500 word paper answering;

Need help with my writing homework on Aristotle and Kant’s Philosophies of Life. Write a 1500 word paper answering;

Now that we exist, what are we supposed to do, and is there life after death? What is the difference between life and existence? These questions are difficult to answer with certainty but philosophers have over time tried to understand and explain the meaning of life. There is also the question of what is morally right or wrong or what is good or evil in society. All over the world, atrocities are committed against human beings by other human beings such as the Rwanda Massacre that left thousands dead.

Such actions are considered evil but there is a degree to which actions are evil. some people commit evil acts due to mental illness or to safeguard the nation while others do it deliberately. Philosophers like Immanuel Kant believe that evil is a “self-serving choice that individuals make freely even when they know the moral law they ought to be following” (Rosenstand, 2011, p. 6). According to Aristotle, the pursuit of happiness is the highest good achievable through reasoning while others believe goodness is inherent in human beings.

The paper is going to discuss two ethical writers and their philosophies on the meaning of life and compare them to their own thoughts. The two great philosophers and ethical writers to be discussed are Aristotle and Immanuel Kant. Aristotle was a Greek philosopher and a student of Plato whose major writings have had a lot of influence over the years. He is one of the founding figures in Western philosophy and has written on several disciplines including politics, government, ethics, and metaphysics among others (Eagleton, 2007).

Kant on the other hand is a German philosopher who has written various works on ethics, law, history, and religion. H is also a major contributor to the development of philosophy. I chose the two philosophers because their names are familiar and in the course of my studies I have read some of their work which is interesting and influential. Aristotle in his work describes man as a political animal by nature while Kant is a great critic of rationalists such as Rene Descartes. Their ethical theories are of great help in understanding the meaning of life, especially what is meant by good or evil and what makes life great or worthy of living.

Write 2 pages thesis on the topic people like us david brook.

Write 2 pages thesis on the topic people like us david brook.

People Like Us – David Brook. Diversity in the United s has different interpretations owing to its melting pot in regards to the distinct lifestyles and cultures. David Brooks, through his essay ‘People Like Us,’ maintains that although the US is termed to be a diversified nation, homogeneity exists in certain aspects, such as the interactions across the populace (Caldwel 2-3). According to his essay, humans normally associate and interact with others who are similar to them. In most cases, they find it comfortable as compared to otherwise, and by so doing, a virtual boundary is created.

Using evidence, such as statistical findings, Brooks contends the segmentation that people create among themselves emerges in various situations on several grounds. Brooks uses various rhetorical strategies to capture the pathos of the situation, homogeneity in the US ethos, and to reinforce his sentiments to the audience that the ethnicity that once existed in the US is far from over, as it is a common belief, only that it is hidden in the present day US.

The importance of imagery in Literature

Associating the people living in a particular area with certain behaviors and practices helps in the understanding of prevailing homogeneity in the US through evoking emotions in the audience (Gohrab 23-4).

In his essay, Brooks says, “if you asked a Democratic lawyer to move from her $750,000 house in Bethesda, Maryland, to a $750,000 house in Great Falls, Virginia, shed look at you as if you had just asked her to buy a pickup truck with a gun rack and to shove chewing tobacco in her kids mouth” (Brooks,132).

In essence, Brooks was referring to the depraved reputation Democrats hold against Republicans, who presumably engage in drug abuse, driving pickup trucks made by American companies and often own guns, which they use during their violent acts.

Through mentioning tobacco and gun racks to the audience, who are the readers of this article, Brooks engages them emotionally and clarifies the point of homogeneity.

He emphatically employs the use of symbolism and simile rhetorical strategies in an interesting manner to drive his point effectively. Owning of pickup trucks symbolizes the loyalty of a person to America, as it is the case with Republicans, and by likening living in Great Falls, Virginia to forcing the Democratic lawyer’s kid into tobacco smoking and compelling her to own guns, emotions are evoked to the reader through the simile.

Getting attention of the audience

It is easy to evoke emotions in the reader by supporting assertions with quality evidence. Brooks talks about the manner in which people are aiding in creating homogeneity, despite its ill motives, and gives quality evidence on this issue. In his bid to show how people do not care about diversity in the US, Brooks uses several examples of firms, institutions and even suggests the use of the Bell Curve.

It is interesting that he uses examples that are widely known and the audience, which of constitute readers, can relate with them without difficulty.

When the audience is familiar with what the author is giving as evidence for a given assertion, emotions are evoked, and hence better understanding (Wainwright 104), just as Brooks did in his essay. He manages to use deductive reasoning rhetorical strategy to show the audience the manner in which homogeneity is supported through various aspects of the society. The audience is familiar with the emerging trend of marketers dividing the population into clusters depending on various factors, and this reinforces the point Brooks is trying to instill.

Conclusion

In conclusion, rhetorical strategies can be useful tools when an author intends to make his narration useful to the audience. Rhetorical strategies evoke emotions in the reader, making the narration more relevant and better understood. Brooks has managed to employ symbolism, deductive reasoning, point of view and simile rhetorical strategies to show the homogeneity present in the US.

In my personal experience, people do not segment themselves due to psychological comfort or racism, given the accommodating nature of my community’s culture.

The United Arab Emirates has grown to be the most diverse and multicultural society in the world, Iranians, Indians and the Pakistanis all stay together without any discomfort. For this reason, The US ought to follow suit since it is beneficial and ethical to be diverse, just like Brooks suggests.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on How Does Spa Facilities Aid in Treatment for Mental Health Patients. It needs to be at least 1500 words.

As a result, this will lead to a reduction in activity in the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, which is the part of the brain that serves the function of governing stress response (McCray, 2009, 102). However, there are no conclusive results as to whether can actually be used in mental health treatment as different studies have come up with different results on this matter. However, it is safe to assume that yoga offers an acute benefit for patients suffering from depression. The only problem that makes yoga a little hard to incorporate is the fact that it is rather a cultural phenomenon which makes it hard for people to distinguish between the facts about yoga and mere hype.

As much as physicians recommend the use of yoga in treating mental illnesses such as depression, it is recommended that the patient combines it with supervision from a trained therapist who can monitor the performance and warn against any negative effects that may occur as a result. Aerobic exercises such as swimming have over time been proved to improve mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. The sudden improvements in the moods of the patients can be attributed to the exercise-induced increase in blood circulation in the brain which will consequently affect the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, which in turn affects the psychologic reactivity to stress.

The other associated benefits of swimming include distraction, social interaction, and self-efficacy. As much as structured programs are best suited for patients suffering from serious mental illnesses, lifestyle alterations that are mostly focused on buildup and enhancement of moderate-intensity activity throughout the patient’s day can be most effective for patients with mild cases of mental illnesses such as depression (Ridge, 2009, 28). Swimming for about 30 minutes three times a week is more than enough to help with treating mental patients suffering from depression.

1. You are now ready to determine the free cash flow. Compute the free cash flow for each year using the financial reports provided for XRO for 2020. Set up the computation of the free cash flow in separate, contiguous columns for each year of the data center’s life in Excel. Be sure to make outflows negative and inflows positive. a. You may assume that the data center’s profitability will be similar to XRO’s existing projects in 2020 and estimate its profit margin by dividing XRO’s “operating income or loss” by its “total revenue”.

BAFI3258 – Managerial Finance
Assessment Task 3: CASE STUDY (100 marks – 40%)
The Case Study introduces an opportunity to review the learning materials and employ what
have been learnt to the process of making investment, financing and dividend decisions. This
assessment covers all the CLOs of the course, and it is worth 40% of the Final Result.
THE CASE STUDY CONSISTS OF THREE PARTS (PART 1, 2 &3).
You are the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Xero Limited (XRO.AX). Recently, XRO is
venturing into the end-to-end encryption-based accounting software and partnering with the
blockchain giant ULTRA. Two companies are working together to develop a blockchain-based
hyperscale data center for the cloud-based encryptions. Building such data center would require
a large investment from XRO. As a result, the development of this new data center will initially
require a capital expenditure equal to 30% of the “cash and cash equivalents” for the fiscal
year ended 31 December 2020 (i.e., = 0).
This new data center is expected to have a life of five years. The depreciation is calculated
using the straight-line method. Both the estimated and actual salvage values are assumed to be
zero (i.e., to protect the patient privacy and confidentiality, this data center will be destroyed
at the end of the useful life. Hence, the actual salvage value is zero).
First-year revenue from this data center is expected to be 8% of the “total revenue” for XRO’s
fiscal year ended 31 December 2020. The data center’s revenue is expected to grow at 15% for
the second year, then 10% for the third, and 5% annually for the final two years of the expected
life of the project. Your role in this project is to determine the cash flows associated with this
data center. The CEO of XRO has informed you that the operating margin is similar to the rest
of the XRO’s existing projects.
Section 1: Complete this section using Excel. For calculation purposes, assume we are at 1
January 2021. (30 marks)
1. You are now ready to determine the free cash flow. Compute the free cash flow for each
year using the financial reports provided for XRO for 2020.
Set up the computation of the free cash flow in separate, contiguous columns for each year
of the data center’s life in Excel. Be sure to make outflows negative and inflows positive.
a. You may assume that the data center’s profitability will be similar to XRO’s existing
projects in 2020 and estimate its profit margin by dividing XRO’s “operating income or
loss” by its “total revenue”.
b. Determine the annual depreciation by assuming XRO depreciates the data center by the
straight-line method over a 5-year life (both the estimated and the actual salvage values are
zero).
c. Assume that XRO’s effective tax rate is 30%. For simplicity, assume that the tax credit
cannot be carried forward and XRO does not have any existing tax liabilities. Then calculate

Estimate the CAPM and Calculate Net Present Value Calculations as well as interest tax
shield (40 marks)
1.Determine the cost of capital using data over the five-year period ending 31/12/2020 (i.e.
4/1/2016 – 31/12/2020).
a. Using XRO daily stock price, All Ordinaries daily price and daily risk-free yield
that are provided in the spreadsheet to compute CAPM . The can be
estimated by regressing the XRO daily excess return on the market (All
Ordinaries) daily excess return. Present the graph with the best fitting line and
a regression output table in your Excel worksheet. Using other methods of
computing will be penalized. Calculate the cost of equity using CAPM.
b. Calculate the cost of debt by dividing the company’s “Interest Expense” by the
“Long-term Debt” for 2020. You may assume this cost of debt applies to this
XRO’s new investment.
c. Calculate the weighted average cost of capital (i.e., note that you should use the
closing share price on 31 December 2020 to calculate the equity weight in
WWCC). You may assume the financing of the data center’s capital expenditure
is in line with the XRO’s current capital structure. The ongoing cash outflows
on expenses can be covered by the ongoing cash inflows, and thus no additional
financing is required.
2. Calculate the NPV for this project.
3. How sensitive is the interest tax shield to changes in the level of debt?
4. Provide a sensitivity table for interest tax shield with the level of debt incrementing by
10%. Your starting point should be the actual level of debt that XRO adopts and the
maximum amount of debt allowed is 75%. You may assume that XRO is making nil
profits on all other products/projects.
Your sensitivity table should look like this:

Section 3: Answer the following questions in a Word document. You do not need any
references in answering these questions. (30 marks)
1. Compare the internal rate of return (IRR) and the weighted average cost of capital
(WACC) of this project. Please explain what causes the difference between IRR and

2. Discuss the result in the interest tax shield sensitivity table.
3. Based on your answers in Q1 and Q2 of Section B, please analyze XRO’s current capital
structure (i.e., please provide advantages versus disadvantages associated with XRO’s
current capital structure choice based on Modigliani–Miller theorem). In addition,
please illustrate what can you do to further optimize XRO’s capital structure.
Instructions:
1. You should name both your Excel and Word documents (i.e., your full name and
student ID).
2. Your Excel file should contain 3 worksheets. Worksheet 1 is named ‘XRO financial
statements’. You should copy the financial statements provided into this worksheet.
Worksheet 2 is named ‘Data’, which contains the daily prices and returns (and excess
returns) of XRO stock and S&P500. Worksheet 3 is named ‘Calculation’ and it should
