write an article on The Influence of Colour and Design on Aggressive Behaviour in Customers. It needs to be at least 2250 words.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on The Influence of Colour and Design on Aggressive Behaviour in Customers. It needs to be at least 2250 words.

This study will&nbsp.consider the other alternatives in design for providing a more conducive environment for customers in pubs and cafes.Conflict in bars and pubs is a common occurrence in the UK as well as in other parts of the world. Obviously, the main reason is that alcohol removes inhibition and enhances people’s tendency to react freely to situations. No matter how thoughtful and well planned the design is, one cannot hope to completely eradicate aggression in the setting of a bar or pub.

On the other hand, one cannot simply ignore the “influence” of the design of a pub or bar on the “mood and behavior of people who spend time in it” (Conflict & Violence in Pubs: Design Issues, 1992 p.3). This is because various elements in the environment in which humans function are known to exercise a high level of influence on their behavior and determine how they respond to given situations. The design, light, color or flow patterns of bars and pubs, when coupled with other factors such as drunkenness and noise pollution, can increase the stress levels of patrons and create flashpoints for instigating aggression.

Research evidence suggests that the design, interior and “overly energetic décor – complexity and color schemes” are causing “between 15 and 20% of all aggression” in bars and pubs (Conflict & Violence in Pubs: Design Issues, 1992 p.3). Therefore, these factors need to be taken into consideration when the designs of bars and pubs are planned and decided. Thus, apart from an appropriate shape and direction of the building and suitable design, it is significant to choose a sober color scheme to facilitate a more congenial setting in pubs to reduce the stress levels of drunken customers and to encourage them to conduct peacefully.

In the present day, “client-initiated violence” is on the increase, which is identified as a major issue in “retail trade” including bars and pubs.

Over my 2 years practical training at OpenRoad entertainment. I was responsible for developing graphic concepts and layouts for the company’s media products such as website, promotional advertisements, animations, labels, logos, business stationeries, etc.

I have been involved projects that have strengthened my design knowledge and exposed me to real life design challenges in design. Among the practical experiences I have had, I played a key role on the marketing promo design of the How I Met Your Mother on 20th Century Fox Television as a lead designer and also designed various promotions for boardcast show such as Selena + Chef on HBOmax, Teen Choice Awards on FOX … etc. While working with the OpenRoad design team, I was also significantly involved in the design of movie title and trailer graphics for different films. Among these, I was involved in the design of title graphics associated with the movies: Enola Holmes, The Sky os Everywhere, Reagan, Dont Look Up, Time is Up, America Boggiewomen…

As part of my development, I participated  in three Promax Silver award winning projects as a key designer. I was also successfully expand my skillset and refine additional knowledge of artistic methods of design executions. Though my two years experience at OpenRoad, I learned how to center on design conceptualizing and strengthen my understanding of clients need with the effected creation speed and able to handle a project on my own. write an article on Medical Citizenships. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on Medical Citizenships. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

Cancers are usually realized when they become obvious in an advanced stage requiring mastectomy. Also, in the US women are more likely to learn how to deal with breast cancer through friends with the disease, support groups, and fundraising appeals. In Botswana, because of the absence of oncology, there is no collective experience of the disease or knowledge of the biomedical therapeutic process required for cure. Recently there have been some attempts to disseminate public knowledge through posters and other means, but they do not resonate in Botswana as they are copied from ones in the West and recommend unavailable screening and are without cultural adaptation. On the other hand, diseases such as HIV, hypertension, diabetes, and tuberculosis are well known, so Botswana patients have to learn to distinguish these diseases from cancer. Although Botswana has universal care it is geared to grappling with infectious diseases and mother-child health. Cancer is largely unknown by medical workers except in a cancer ward in a public hospital. Furthermore, even in the hospital diagnosis and treatment are hampered by staff shortages and turnover, lack of modern functioning equipment, and appropriate drugs. There is also a high risk of co-infection with diseases such as HIV. Even when some women are told they have cancer, they may self-deny until it advances, and they are forced to deal with it. Also, even many doctors in clinics and private hospitals deny oncology because of ignorance of the disease and/or they don’t know how to deal with it. When arriving at the er treating hospital some patients are distrustful because they already had sought relief from Christiana Tswana prophetic leaders without success. Many do not understand biomedical explanations so it is better to talk in terms of analogies or say things like” you will hate my treatment, but it will help you”. In Botswanan the human body is understood in different ways with organs in different places and connected in different ways. Therefore, imported medical tests are useless unless adaptations are made to take this into account.&nbsp.

Some of the stories may also act as eye-openers in discerning the best practices necessary for transforming the health behavior of the masses.&nbsp. Emotion-provoking messages through the media can assist in enhancing discussion and agenda setting on numerous topics associated with health. Public engagement assists in enlightening the public on the detailed concepts of many competing health-harmful information. Mass media advocacy can play an eminent role in enhancing the adherence of the public to health policies and behavioral changes.

Mass media exposes high proportions of large populations to various health messages through channels such as newspapers, radio, and television (Ewles and Simnet, 2003).However, the media campaigns may backfire or fail to serve the intended expectations. Some of the factors that cause such situations include inadequate funding, unfavorable media environment, and the use of inadequately researched information. Additionally, the campaigns may address the health behaviors that the public might perceive challenging to change.

For instance, campaigns on an improved diet to curb nutritional ailments may be inefficient if the public cannot afford the recommended changes. However, exposure to such messages is normally passive and non-permanent. The mass media is also competing with pervasive marketing of products as well as deep-rooted behaviors such as addiction (Block et al., 2002. Corcoran, 2007). Owing to their positive contribution to the dissemination of health information to the public, mass media should be applied as a prominent component of the mainstream strategy applied in transforming the health behavior of the public.

Other strategies that can enhance its effectiveness include sufficient funding, sound research&nbsp.before conveying it to the public and ensuring adequate access to promoted products and services.

An abstract is required. Interview of a Principal I have been a principal for three years now. A principal should be a strategic planner, a team builder, a creative as well as a critical thinker, one who is ready to learn as well as teach a person with a sense of humor and finally one who can be trusted by everyone in the school as a whole.

The goals I have when preparing the master schedule are: offering the best education ever, developing a robust teacher student relationship and ensuring that the institution is a place that both staff and students would yearn to be. The new master schedule process for this campus began a month ago. We acquitted computer software to help efficiently in the preparing of the schedule. The Board of governors, the head of departments together with me as the principal, are responsible for development of this master schedule. It will be completed in two weeks from now. The key issues include. time available for developing the schedule, the horizon of the planning and freezing of the schedule. The master schedule is the n approved by the office of the ministry of education. In the development of the schedule, time would come first priority, followed by facilities, personnel allocations, labs and specialized need courses and finally extra- curricular. When making changes to the master schedule, a precise period is frozen basing on the costs of adjusting the master schedule. Special schedules such as special programs are prepared based on the outcome of running the master schedule. They are schedules prepared to give the master schedule a boost.

When preparing a budget, the goals set are: ensuring that the institution stays within the limits of the budget. the budget should be able to sustain various needs of the institution and finally the budget should be able to account for expenses. The budget process starts during school break specifically a month before resuming school. The Board of governors together with the bursars are responsible for preparing the budget. We have support from some business specialists who come every time a budget is being prepared. It is completed in a month’s time. The Site Based Decision committee goes through the budget after it has been prepared and make changes where necessary. The campus receives budget allocations at the beginning of every term. The general operating funds, as well as education funds, are included in the budget. The next steps are revisiting previous budgets and implementing the new budget wisely. The budget is finalized after the Site based Decision committee have approved it.

When managing campus facilities, the goals set are: ensuring there is enough provision of facilities to cater for both the students and staffs needs. ensuring that the facilities available are in good shape and well maintained. The management and operation system of the school is monitored weekly and evaluated by the board of governors in accordance of any arising situation. Instructional space begins at every beginning of a term and is done for at most two weeks. The school utilizes support of facility management from a crisis management plant. The board of governors is responsible for allocating space. The facilities available and the facilities available are considered. The Site based Decision Making committee helps in deciding if there is a need of adding extra facilities in conjunction with the budget. Emergency safety issues are addressed by compiling emergency plans that should be taken in case safety issues. They should include hazardous cases and how to dealt with them. In case of safety emergency, all facilities should be put in consideration and should be made available regular safety issues are dealt with on a daily basis. It includes the maintenance and the update of safety measures, as well as how to deal with them accordingly in the school. Health committee meetings are held weekly, and finally information on safety is put in most areas of work.

Write an article on Current Debates about the Factors Shaping the Selection and Production of News. The work is to be 7 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

I will pay for the following article Current Debates about the Factors Shaping the Selection and Production of News. The work is to be 7 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. This critical review seeks to establish the current forces that govern the selection and production of news. Some of the current issues that have attracted a heated debate in the British mass media are the increased focus on poverty and misery, crime, and social ills in the health sector (Couldry, et al 2010).

The increase in the number of rivals in the United Kingdom media market has resulted in fierce battles for attention from television viewers, newspaper readers, and radio listeners. In the wake of increased internet coverage in many places, competition increases as social media also occupy a pivotal role in informing the general public. Social media have become a firsthand source of information, resulting in an intense rivalry with traditional media like newspapers. Therefore, the media are fighting for the attention of the public since their life is at stake. In their endeavor to survive in such a saturated and competitive market, the media is more and more venturing into other tactics like entertainment, instilling fear through crime reportage, and mongering news on scandals (Curran & Seaton, 2009). Such news is always under-researched and uninformed as media houses survival tactics.

The current selection of news criteria is no longer on ideologies. the media seek to increase viewership and readership for their opinions on entertainment value. Media experts express their views on the power that the media has on people’s attitudes. People have a tendency of reading selectively to what they previously concur with and rationalize their attitudes in the face of divergent arguments. Curran & Seaton (2009) notes that the mass media has little impact to alter people’s attitudes on aspects for which, they had previously formed an influential opinion. However, Curran and Seaton note that the media has an insightful impact in setting agendas and priming people on fresh issues. The manner in which an issue is framed determines how it is discussed. The ripple effect is that the discussion causes a social problem that is blamed on. News production usually goes through various steps namely sources and informants, newsagents, reporters, news agencies journalists, and editors.

Write 1 page with APA style on The good life. THE ETHICS OF CLIMATE CHANGE Conception about the Good Life The aspect of climate change and environmental sustainability is an ethical topic in the sense that it helps in identify the causes and health impacts of global change. Climatic changes will most likely cause harm such as heat waves, floods, and storms that may harm or kill individuals. Human lives are likely to be affected in a negative manner by the hazardous effects of climatic changes characterized by unpredictable rainfall patterns leading to shortages of safe drinking water and food. However, for the environment to remain sustainable, the states and companies that take part in industrialization and manufacturing should take responsibility of controlling the effects of climate change by bearing the negative external costs associated with climate change.1

The richer nations and large manufacturing industries get involved in massive industrial manufacturing, hence leading to massive emissions and pollution that are responsible for the ever increasing amount of green house gases. To maintain normalcy and good life, the discounting rate concept must be proportionately applied. The rich countries that account for the larger share of the global emissions must bear the greatest costs associated with environmental degradation. In order to save the future generations from suffering the harmful effects of the present global climatic change, they must learn to reduce such risks by avoiding activities that negatively affect the environment.2 This can only be achieved by seeking expert advice from economists who would advise them on the cost-benefits analysis of their industrial and manufacturing activities.

From an ethical point of view, the economists must take into account the discounting rates that are payable by the environmental polluters. Economists will, therefore, always advice on the importance of reducing the possibility of adverse effects such as environmental pollution from spreading into the future. This implies that the present generation must sacrifice part of its consumption in order to mitigate the impacts climatic change.

Write a 6 pages paper on women and religion.

Write a 6 pages paper on women and religion.

During the era of slavery and colonial regimes of European governance in the early 19the century, slaves were educated and instructed in spiritual language. Living under the hardships and bondage of slavery makes women more attractive to religious teachings. As weak creatures, they find self-comfort and strength in religion because of the promises of liberty God promises they would have if they follow him faithfully.

To the Christians, Ruth is an example for them as a good and faithful wife. A person who treated her mother-in-law respectfully, and the reward she reaped was a lesson worth learning for them. Besides Ruth, Abigail, and other women in the Bible who liberate the women from the bondage of male chauvinism, they promise them who long to be free of this social segregation.

Intellectual women such as Elizabeth of England and the Empress of Catherine the Great of Russia have long been fighting that women should access education, be recognized, and be urged to find their own identity or find the type of individuals they are.

They seek God with faith and hope to strengthen them that they can be free from the traditional bondage of males’ belief that they are simply their husbands’ property. They want self-respect and are treated equally. They believe that all people were born equally. Like the women of Litchfield, they want respect and not to be underestimated. They want recognition for their talents, and men should not belittle their achievements.

In their work around the developing countries, particularly in the post-conflict areas, Women to Women International has found that religion plays a key role and impacts women, in their daily lives. It has “become increasingly aware of the important role religion plays in shaping women’s perceptions, decisions, and lives.”

In these many countries, “religion is a pervasive influence throughout cultures and societies. To women who live in hardships, faith gives them hope. In conflicts or war-stricken areas, and places where there is economic turmoil, crimes, pestilence, natural disaster, famine, calamities, in homes where families are suffering from diseases or even when there is death among family members, religion promises them peace and better life.
