Explain the differences between market price per share, and intrinsic value (a fundamental price), and factors that determine the fundamental price of a stock.

1/ This week’s readings address valuing stocks, although the concepts of valuation apply to many aspects of the firm. Explain the differences between market price per share, and intrinsic value (a fundamental price), and factors that determine the fundamental price of a stock.

2/ Then, select a publicly traded company in Saudi Arabia, calculate its fundamental price per share, compare the fundamental price per share with market price per share and decide if it is underpriced, overpriced, or fairly price. (Make sure your selected company is different than your classmates’).

3/ Explain why these concepts are important to business leaders in Saudi Arabia and Saudi Vision 2030.

4/ Search the SEU library or the Internet for an academic or industry-related article. Select an article that relates to these concepts and explain how it relates to doing business in Saudi Arabia.

5/ For your discussion post, your first step is to summarize the article in two paragraphs, describing what you think are the most important points made by the authors (remember to use citations where appropriate). For the second step, include the reference listing with a hyperlink to the article. Do not copy the article into your post and limit your summary to two paragraphs. Let your instructor know if you have any questions and enjoy your search.

Interview Guidelines
Required Length: 4-6pages (does not include the cover page or questions and answers).
Interview a leader you admire. This person must have at least 10 years of leadership
experience and be responsible for a minimum of 15 employees.
Create questions to learn about the leader’s personal experience and complete a write-up of
the interview. The following are suggestions on which you can build as you complete your write
up for the interview. Follow the subheadings included for your essay.
Students will be required to interview and analyze the leadership style of specific leaders and
submit a written essay to describe what you learned. Paper will be in APA format.
Q&A should be included in the appendix of the paper. These may be typed or attached as an
audio file. Q&A does not count toward the page length requirement.
Each student should select a supervisor, manager, or leader that he or she believes exemplifies
outstanding management and leadership skills. This individual may be a leader in any context
(business, education, social, religious, political, or sports). This individual, however, should not
be a relative or be married to a relative of yours. If you have any questions about the person
you intend to interview, check with Dr. Webb.
The student should contact the individual and arrange an interview, which can be conducted in
person or by phone. Ideally, it would be helpful if you could spend some time observing the
leader in his or her work setting and talk to the leader’s coworkers, supervisors, and
subordinates, however this may not be possible in many cases.
In your interview, try to learn as much as possible about the person’s style. The questions you
ask will ultimately be reflective of the individual you are profiling.
The leadership essay must include the following subtitles:

organization and your thoughts for improving the process.

9) Advice for Improving This Leader’s Effectiveness
(4-6 pages)
The following list of questions may be helpful in planning for your interview. You should ask at

1) How would you describe your management style?
2) How would you describe your leadership style?
3) What skills or abilities have been most helpful to you as a business/organizational

that you have learned?
16) What do you think is the most difficult aspect of being an effective manager/leader?
17) What advice would you offer for future leaders?
18) What are you most proud of in your role as a leader?
A list of the student’s questions and the leader’s responses should be submitted to your
professor. You may also record the interview and submit the audio file. This may serve as a
substitute for typing the questions and answers if you prefer.
(Your questions should be typed and if requested, emailed to the leader, before you conduct

research paper on critical issue: high stakes testing pros and cons.

Need an research paper on critical issue: high stakes testing pros and cons. Needs to be 5 pages. Please no plagiarism. According to Wright, Wayne E and Choi, Daniel (2009, p19) high stakes testing are testy although they are needed to keep the faculty as well as students on their toes. Since this testing is in the nascent stage it is not possible to make mature conclusions. However, even by rough estimates, it is a good development and must be persevered with although it is causing discomforts at some levels

At the outset, high-stakes testing has created enemies within the educational fraternity because of its demanding conditions to perform or else. This condition is controversial because it is difficult to apply it uniformly across the nation without taking into consideration the huge reaction it is bound to generate for varied reasons in the positive and negative sense.

Barrett, Brian D, and Moore, Rob (2009, p3) feel such testing is required in order to have a structure to analyze teachers as well as students. In the negative sense, a majority of teachers and students have problems the testing has nothing to do with but which impacts teachers and students’ lives, and in turn, impacts the testing.

In the 1990s, educational standard in the United States was found to have come behind the international level. In the absence of an appropriate central force, it was found that education was not headed in the proper direction.

The No Child Left Behind Act enacted in 2002 was a promising force for education in that it formalized the need for every child to receive education irrespective of its background. Not only was education made mandatory for every child, but the standard of education received a shot in the arm with the concept of high stakes testing.&nbsp.

Dounay, Jennifer (2000, p6) however thinks that the effects of the high-stakes testing have raised some uncomfortable questions.&nbsp.
