write an article on The road from West bank to gaza strop is heavily patrolled by Israeli forces that makes it unsafe for Palestinians to cross for basic necessities.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on The road from West bank to gaza strop is heavily patrolled by Israeli forces that makes it unsafe for Palestinians to cross for basic necessities. Can Israel guarantee that this stretch of land will fall under the Sovereignty of the Palestinian government. It needs to be at least 500 words. of the of the Concerned 18 November 2009 Road from West Bank to Gaza Strip The Israelis, Palestinians and the International community, have seriously deliberated upon the possibility of free commuting for the Palestinians on the road between West Bank and Gaza. Palestinians seek a considerable dilution of the Israeli patrol on the road between West Bank and Gaza because it will allow for a safe and secure movement of the Palestinians between the two constituents of the proposed Arab state. However, in the Israeli context, it is akin to asking for the moon, as the main premise for the heavy Israeli patrol on the given stretch of land is its concern and apprehensions about the possibility of Palestinian infiltrators crossing into the Israeli territory (The Washington Times 1).

In a realistic context, it is pragmatically impossible for Israel to guarantee that this stretch of land will fall under the sovereignty of the Palestinian government. One reason for this dilemma is that though the given road joins the West Bank and Gaza, yet it passes through the Israeli territory along a stretch of roughly 25 kilometer. It is a fact that Israel has already to contend with the problem of Arab infiltrators resorting to retaliatory actions like suicide bombings on its territory. That is why it has resorted to such a concentrated patrolling on this road. Going by the fact that the Palestinian leadership is at present fractured between the factions led by Hamas and Fatah, there exists no single Palestinian authority that can extend a guarantee to Israel and the International Community that this road would not be misused to perpetrate acts of violence against Israel. Besides, it is impossible to expect such a guarantee from Hamas. Hence, under no circumstances Israel can allow for a Palestinian sovereignty on the given road, as such a proposal certainly has the potential of jeopardizing the security of Israeli citizens and assets.

In addition, Israel is quiet concerned about the flow of arms and ammunition to the Arab militants from the Egyptian territory to the Gaza Strip via tunnels (The Washington Times 2). Practically speaking, Israel has been unable to check this transfer of weapons to the militant groups residing in Gaza. Israel is seriously concerned about and apprehensive of the possibility of the smuggling of heavy weaponry like rockets and explosives from Gaza to the West Bank, to be used to commit violence on the Israeli territory, once this road is transferred to the Palestinian control. In the absence of a responsible and credible Palestinian authority that can certify that this road will not be used for tactical purposes, but would be a road of peace, Israel will certainly not submit its control over this road.

At the most, what Israel can do and is actually doing is to allow for a constrained Palestinian movement between West Bank and Gaza. That is why it is resorting to installing barbed fencing, monitoring cameras and check posts to keep an eye on the Arab traffic.

submit a 500 words paper on the topic Module Workshop Activity.

Hi, need to submit a 500 words paper on the topic Module Workshop Activity. 11 September Psychology: Module Workshop Activity I am a part of the natural world, yet this is an undeniable fact that I am unique. God has made human beings superior to all creatures on the face of Earth. I have more brains than any other creature. This naturally places more power in my hand than other creatures that form part of the nature. Using my brain, I can use the nature for personal gains and impact the life of other creatures. Without the natural world, I would not exist because I draw food, water, air and all necessities of life from the natural world. This makes me and the natural world inseparable.

Yes, as I said before, God has made me brainier and accordingly, more powerful than other creatures, I do feel dominant to “lower” creatures. I can find shelter for myself if I am caught in rain. I can control the temperature of my room by adjusting HVAC system as per my desire. I can cover hundreds of miles of distance in minutes, despite the fact that I don’t have wings. Much more can be said to prove my supremacy to other creatures, though I do have some connection with them as well. I have to take care of the lower creatures, because if I don’t, I shall be held accountable for that in the world hereafter.

Our access to resources is virtually limited. We can assess the extent of resources making use of the technology. With the rapid consumption of wood, we can see the forests vanishing, and mountains that once used to be green going bald. The limitation of resources is also showing up in terms of the increased prices of oil and gas, though different resources vary in there limits.

Technology is both the cause and solution of problems that we may come across. In the contemporary society, the biggest problems we have come across and expect to encounter in the near future are those of global warming and unsustainable development. Both of these problems have been caused because of our unwise use of technology in the past. However, technology is being used nowadays to find solutions for these problems. For example, use of hybrid cars is recommended because they require lesser petroleum than ordinary cars. Petroleum has become very expensive in the present age because of its limited quantity. In this way, the concept of hybrid cars is consistent with sustainable development, which happens to be the most fundamental need of the contemporary age.

I believe that I have a connection to the nature and that I am connected with lower creatures, but my behavior contradicts my belief. This can fundamentally be attributed to self-interest. Yes, I do confess that I am selfish. I care more for myself than other creatures, but again, my behavior accords with my needs. I need to travel miles of distance in minutes and can not do without using a motor car, though I know the petroleum it burns will add to the carbon content in the air.

submit a 250 words paper on the topic Information about Australia.

Hi, need to submit a 250 words paper on the topic Information about Australia. &nbsp.Australia is the driest continent on the earth with a 19 million population who mostly live on the coastline. And even though Aborigines were the first nation to thrive on this land, Australia is a diverse continent, with different kinds of art, cooking, cowboys, sports, and structures rampant. Europeans came and perceived Aborigines to be primitive and tried to suppress and drive them out, but even thought their rights were usurped, some of them remain.

It is a hot nation with a humid and arid climate and the aridest centre. The coast is where most people prefer to live. Perth is the largest and most populated state of Australia and the Northern territory which is the closest to the equator is the hottest and most humid. Therefore the location and climate of Australia make it dry and hot. (Ann)

Australia is a multicultural society with the primary religion being Christianity, and other religions such as Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism also being prevalent in the continent. Australia places great importance on education and the future. (youtube, YouTube)

There are 39 world-class universities, thousands of students from over 180 nations, and research that actually has had a global impact. They also focus on health, building a sustainable environment, new technology and also building a unique learning environment for students.

You will prepare and submit a term paper on Gender Issues of Modern Society. Your paper should be a minimum of 500 words in length. Many people now prefer to think hard before getting tied by marriage relations, and this can take much time: this is one of the reasons for many women being unmarried. This leads to the suggestion that the conditional marriage is not the ultimate value, and an increasing number of people thinking this way justifies this hypothesis. I found it interesting that the author provides reasons for splitting and their connection with the age: when she was 28 and split up her boyfriend for the first time, she indicated that they “…had been together for three years, and there was no good reason to end things.” (Bolick, 2011). The author admits that ten years after, when she was already thirty-nine, the question if she did the biggest mistake of her life became very actual, and she even considered marrying a man who would be appropriate for her demands which changed over the years. I cannot say that I support the idea of marriage just for the sake of not being alone and the person to find which not much time and efforts have been spending, but I do not find good being single till the end of life, even though this may seem easier to some supporters of this point of view. Heidi Hartmann tackles the historical roots of this problem in his book “Capitalism, Patriarchy, and Job Segregation by Sex”. I find this reading source very useful in terms of the investigation into the origin of the above-mentioned problems, and the best way to do it is to perform the historical study. The author writes that patriarchy has become the major point in terms of labor and social roles division, “…in which men are dominant and women are subordinate…” (Hartmann, 2008, 138). Keeping in mind that such social hierarchy lasts for a very long time, I suppose that it is logical that women tend to demand reconsideration of it and argue that their duty is to be wives and housekeepers, which in reality leads to limitations of their freedom and takes much time they could devote to themselves.

write an article on healthcare workers and grieving

Hi, I am looking for someone to write an article on healthcare workers and grieving Paper must be at least 250 words. Please, no plagiarized work! Health Providers’s Compassion for the Grieving If health providers are to be truly compassionate, one critical aspect of compassion is the capa to give comfort to those grieving. The ones in grief may be a terminally sick person or members of the family the patient leaves behind. And in compassion for the grieving, it is important to understand the grieving process. In this regard, Elizabeth Kubler-Ross has contributed ideas on the stages of grieving (Bear, 2011). And in this paper, these stages shall be compared with those experienced by Job in the classical biblical story of the Old Testament. After an analytical comparison, certain comments and a conclusion shall be made.

Stages of Grieving in Kubler-Ross and Job

Kubler-Ross presents 5 stages of grieving, which can graphically be presented side-by-side with the stages of grief experienced by the biblical Job:

Kubler-Ross 5 Stages of Grief Job’s Stages of Grief

Denial Resigned denial

(not happy, but sad) (not happy, sad but resigned) 1:21

Anger Anger

(“why is this happening?”) (He “tore gown, head”) 1:20

Bargaining Bargaining

(“If. . . I’ll be a better person”) (“grant me justice, relent”) 6:7

Depression Depression

(“I don’t care anymore”) (“I am reduced to entreating”) 19:16

Acceptance Acceptance

(“I’m ready, whatever comes”) (“I retract all I said”) 42:6

Analysis

Today’s psychologists recognize the grieving process, and the need to respect it. On a wide perspective “grieving is part of living. . . life and death are a mixed bag of joy and sadness” (Padovani, 2010a). Ross-Kubler’s 5 Stages of Grieving can therefore be helpful, and this finds a concrete application in the story of Job who grieved but experienced relief and healing, as well as reconciliation with the Divine Being. In a stage-like fashion, the story of Job presents role players: the devil, three counsellors (Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar), and Jahweh the object of understanding in life’s mystery of evil in the world. Job plays the role of the man in great grief—feeling not only sad, but depressed. Psychologists see depression as a condition “which arises from situations in the person’s life and an inability to cope with problems” (Padovini, 2010b). Underneath depression are inherent factors the most significant of which are anxiety, anger and negative thinking. All these are manifest in Job’s condition. The three counsellors did not display compassion, but instead they accused Job of sin, as the cause of his misfortunes. Nonetheless, their presence was helpful as it prevented Job from wallowing in passive, solitary and passive depression. This showed that depression can be treated, but it needs to be expressed, and listened to by friends or counsellors. And combined with enlightened faith in oneself, in life and in a Wise Creator, the patient can overcome obsessive grief.

Conclusion

Health providers can be typified by the three counsellors of Job who didn’t play their roles well. In the biblical story, Jahweh blamed them for “not speaking truthfully” (Job 42:7) in the presence of Job. Their fault was not stated in specific terms, but it can be deduced that they were overzealous for Jahweh, and judged Job to have sinned thus deserving evil as a punishment in life. This is a view which reflects a religious bias which the story of Job wants to correct. To impute sin on those who suffer is not right. the existence of evil is a mystery most difficult for man to understand. Resignation to God’s plan and designs— the acceptance stage of Ross-Kubler—is the key to grapple out of one’s sufferings and misery.

As for health providers, it is important to know that it is difficult to find a short-cut to the healing process. The process usually undergoes stages as illustrated by Ross-Kubler. In the process, the show of compassion is a manifestation of humanness. Simple presence with the patient is good, but this presence can either be negative or positive. It is negative when we show indifference or lack of proper care. It is, however, positive when it is displayed in a manner that is emotionally nourishing. Active and attentive listening, also exercising medical functions with caring touch, warmth and closeness will help the patient, even lead him to finding God through the compassion of human care.

Complete 1 page APA formatted article: Auschwitz.

Complete 1 page APA formatted article: Auschwitz. As a result of his doubts, Cole visits the Auschwitz in Poland and interviews museum curator, Franciszek Piper, and from the interview that is exclusively found online, a lot of inconsistencies concerning Holocaust claims are revealed (Rees 43).

After interrogating Piper for long, Piper admits that the gas chambers that are widely acclaimed to have been used in killing Jews were only created after the Second World War. Piper asserts that the ‘’gas chamber’’ was originally an air raid shelter which had walls and a ‘’chimney’’ added to it after the war. Therefore, from this, the stories we hear about Jews being tortured in gas chambers in concentration camps in Poland have been quashed by this interview. From this, it is evident that David Cole had his reasons for believing that no Jew was gassed in Auschwitz. Hence, this video lambastes the questionable propaganda concerning this area of Poland. Therefore, the video by Cole asserts that the official history told about the Holocaust is a tale that is based on lies, war-time propaganda and myths (Rees 56).

To ensure that the employees’ efforts are directed at achieving the right objectives after they have been altered because of any internal or external factors half-way through the year, it is important to arrange a meeting with the concerned employee at the time when the objectives get changed i.e. middle of the year in this case. While the employee should be briefed over the change of objectives and the manager should convey to the employee the new set of skills and competencies, objectives and goals that he/she is required to achieve, the manager should base the annual performance appraisal on both the performance shown by the employee till this point since the start of the year, and that shown by the employee from this point in the year onward till its end. In other words, the performance shown by the employee for the previous objectives whose duration is from the start till the middle of the year does not go waste. However, since it is a little complicated for the employee to abruptly exercise a radical change in his/her work responsibilities, it is imperative that the meetings between the manager and the employee from this point onwards till the end of the year are made more frequent. This means that if previously, two meetings were arranged, then after the change, there should be four meetings from the middle to the end of the year. This would provide the manager with an opportunity to monitor more closely whether the employee is working to achieve the new assigned goals or not.
