Reflective practice in this manner helps a professional to take control of their learning and development and to improve their practice.

In the course of my duties as an aged care giver, one of the aged residents made a request for some time in the outdoor yards. Being busy at the time, taking care of other clients, I directed him to the door, opened it and went back to my duties, leaving him unsupervised and unattended. This will ensure that the consumer make more use of the given product thus improving their quality of life.

Many are the times when products come in the market and go. During this period of time, consumer may forget how to use the particular product. Usability focuses on the ability of consumers to remember how to use this product, were it to return back to the market. It is very important to design products that consumer will easily remember to use as this will enable them establish proficiency hence improving the quality of life (Iler, 2000).

Produced goods are never 100% efficient and as a result the manufacture needs to test it before releasing the product into the market. Manufacture need to understand that testing things prior to releasing them into the market is cheaper compared to releasing and then make rectifications later. In addition to that, quality of life demands that for people to experience the general welfare of life the level of errors, arising from usage of commodities, should be minimized greatly (Mellouk, 2014). This means that consumer goods should be designed in a way that consumers will make very minimal errors while using these products. Manufactures should therefore design products with interfaces that are easy to understand and operate. In doing so, less errors are made while operating machines thus leading to improvement of life and hence quality of life in general.

As to conclusion, products that are easy to use increases customer’s quality of experience which in the long-run has an impact to the quality of life of the consumers. Products should therefore, be easy to use and operate, reliable and reduce the level of errors so as to improve customers experience and quality of life.

However, with that being said, it must also be understood that NOW does not promote any one single political party. rather, their interests are supra-political and the group only sides with more progressive and liberal ideologies due to the fact that these most specifically represent the goals and ends that the group is trying to effect.

With such a constraining level of missions and values, the group is invariably at odds with conservative fundamentalists of every stripe due to the fact that these groups invariably take a very non-progressive or enlightened view of the right of a woman to chart her own path. Invariably, due to the very hostile reception that NOW has received from many elements within the United States, it is typically exhibited as the penultimate feminist organization and “at fault” for a litany of moral ills that has befallen the previously moral United States. or so its detractors are quick to point out. Multi-cultural diversity requires that business personnel are familiar with their partners’ culture. Embarking on a programme of language training will not be a waste of resources since the output will eventually overshadow the input. The company will appear to speak the clients’ language or have a better indulgent of the customers’ cultural background that will eventually pay dividends within the company’s international business development plan. Investing resources in mastering other people’s culture will help the organization to strike better deals and avert provoking clients. The uncertainty over particular results should not discourage managers from investing their time and money in training personnel to be conversant with other people’s language and/or culture. If, for example, the sample of raw chicken, a sample of filtrated, chicken rinse water may be used. The water is taken and centrifuged at a rate 16000 times the weight for a period of ten minutes in a minimum temperature of 4 degrees. With an enrichment media of Preston broth, the supernatant is discarded while the pellet is suspended. After the sampled pellet is re-suspended, incubation of the sample at a microbic atmosphere that has 10 percent carbon dioxide, 5 percent oxygen and 85 percent nitrogen. All this happens at a temperature of 3 degrees for 24 hours. The enrichment broth is made consistent with the nutrient broth with supplementation including trimethoprim 10 mg/l, cefoperazone 15 mg/l, rifampicin 5 mg/l, polymyxin B 2500 iu/l and amphotericin 2mg/l.

The impact of international laws has been felt since thousands of years back when ancient kingdoms used treaties, the barest form of international laws, to codify their relations. International laws formulate how states interact and relate with each other in global commons such as international waters, world trade and environmental cleanups amongst others. Without this area of law, this world as it is would be in disarray.

According to Hoffmann (1968), many interstate conflicts are resolved amicably with the help of international laws that set boundaries on how states should conduct themselves (p. 114). The losses suffered from World War I and World War II caused the international community to review international laws and this brought about the creation of the United Nations, a body that is charged with upholding international laws and preventing such conflicts from reoccurring. For instance, the UN peace keeping missions have brought about sustainable peace in conflict regions, like in the Ethiopia – Eritrean war and the conflict in Darfur, Sudan. If international laws were absent in such cases, it is most likely that there would be never ending conflicts in such parts of the world.

International laws also regulate the conduct of states that have competitive advantage over others with regard to commons. Likewise, these laws are useful in terms of protecting the position of disadvantaged parties in such situations as Hoffmann (1968) has pointed out (p. 115). It would be difficult for landlocked countries to have access to sea ports if the international laws were non-existent. It is therefore great that the United Nations Convention put in place the Law of the Sea which provides landlocked countries with access to sea ports and therefore allows them to trade competitively. In the end, international law allows disadvantaged states end up with a fairly level playing field similar to that of their more advantaged counterparts.

Additionally, Hoffmann (1968) emphasizes that international laws allow for the gathering of support from the international community on matters of interest (p. 115). International laws recognize that a states sovereignty does not necessarily translate to the protection of laws and upholding of values. Human rights and environmental conditions can easily be victimized when a states activities go on unquestioned or unchallenged. The reason for the invasion of Iraq by the United States, although highly criticized, was argued to be a mission to disarm the Saddam Husseins regime off weapons of mass destruction and end decades of human rights violations. Therefore, international laws provide the much needed checks and balances required to protect the international community at large and at other times citizens of sovereign states.

Finally, while many criticisms and failures of international laws have shrouded its legitimacy. the far-reaching advantages that have been realized as a result of codifying these laws cannot be ignored.
