statistic paper

Please see that the attached paper and  complete this : I need statistic analysis

well i have started analysis and what my instructor need as follow :
Data Analysis
Report here the results of your statistical tests. Refer explicitly to the hypotheses being tested by number: H1, H2, and so on. In most cases, your data should report tabulations of statistics. If you use ordinal or continuous data, your statistics will involve correlation coefficients, regression coefficients, or results of t-tests or F-tests. Format the data into tables and ensure that you put some work into reporting the details of your tables.

Statistical tables should contain all the information that the reader needs to analyze the test. Your job as writer is to point out the key features of the analysis, not to repeat all the numbers in the tables. The data are in the table; the text should be used to summarize its particulars. Example: “All but one of the correlations in Table 1 are in the expected direction and are statistically significant.” Quote actual numbers only to emphasize special points: “Note that an increase of 25% more training led to an overall reduction in equipment downtime of 50%, this has led to a total reduction in maintenance costs of 85%.

Venture Budgeting and Forecasting Paper

Venture Budgeting and Forecasting Paper

My venture is a online Auction website

Write a 700- to 900-word paper in APA format in which you do the following:

  • Illustrate how your venture would perform by estimating the revenue and expense to calculate operating profit or loss. Include estimates of your venture’s main sources of revenue and the expenses expected in the main cost categories such as the cost of goods, sales and marketing, labor, rent, maintenance, and any other significant expenses.

  • Illustrate your venture’s startup costs by estimating a preopening budget–also termed development budget–that includes startup costs such as building and construction, Web site development, preopening marketing, equipment, merchandise, preopening operations, research and development, working capital, and any other significant preopening expenses. An example of a preopening budget may be found in the materials listed on the course page for the University of Phoenix student Web site for Week Two named Kudler Opening Budget.

  • Develop financial planning goals by illustrating how your venture would be initially funded by using cash on hand, debt, venture capital, or a combination of these. Use a mortgage calculator found on the Internet and calculate your loan payments. Include these expenses in your Operating Budget. Use the information below to help in your calculations:

II History Essay

In an essay of a minimum of 500 words, take a first-person perspective of the bulleted descriptions below. Develop an argument in your own words, and justify academically the side of the argument you choose. The essay will need to reflect your understanding of the time to avoid being anachronistic, and your argument must come from the standpoint of a first generation immigrant and encompass each of the four elements below.

Are you treated as equal by earlier generations? ï‚·

Would you feel pressured to pledge your loyalty to a political machine? ï‚·

Would you agree to engage in a strike?

Do you feel leisure opportunities are divided by social class?

As this is a point of view essay, a modern perspective will not accurately address what the question is asking for. It is strongly suggested that at least one selection from the provided source book is used as research of the event and views of the time. All sources and their use must be appropriately identified per 6th edition APA format.
